Sticking To Your Medication Schedule When Sick?

My husband (mild PD) has been sick with the bad stomach virus that’s going around for his 2nd day. He missed all his doses of carbo/levo yesterday and just took 1 this evening. My question is what do you do about your medication schedule when you’re ill? Will it offset your days very much? finally been taking it like he’s supposed to! Any advice would be appreciated.
