Cooling your body down before bed helps you achieve better sleep according to a site about athletes who take ice baths. It’s supposed to help with inflammation too. But a bit radical for me…

Nothing worked for me except ropinerol if you don’t mind adding another pill. My legs just wouldn’t stop moving until i added ropinerol. I decided on another pill over no sleep

A mid heating blanket helps my muscles relax. Along with a body pillow for support of my arms and legs. Satin sheets are relaxing. Cotton or polyester sheets just don’t work for me. I saw some of these recommendations come from the experts in this forum.

I’ve had some success with using a heated blanket up on highest setting. I wrap it around my lower back , waist, hips, and legs. The heat relaxes my muscles and it settles the need for constant muscle movement.

Pramipexole is very helpful for restless legs
I take it a few hours before bedtime.
