I have issues with dizziness and instability. I have learned not to push it. However, I find that I feel better if I am able to exercise.

Yes. My provider suggested a wellness class through our hospital; best prescription ever. Cardio, light weights, stretching, and interaction with others has been physically taxing, but also very good for me physically, and mentally. My endurance and strength have improved, and I've been continuing the wellness activities at home. My balance (and confidence) is much better as a result. Even on my bad days I go, and 9.5 times out of 10 feel better when I leave.
