Has he done the LSVT-Big therapy? That may help with the shuffling. When Jim did it, the PT had him practice lifting his feet by stepping over things. It helped as long as he continued doing the exercises.

Funny, I shuffled a lot before diagnosis. I don't shuffle anymore. Could good old C/l stopped it? It also stopped my falling.
I have near misses once in awhile, and have become clumsy and bump into a wall or closet, but no falling or shuffling.
Anyone else find this loss ofsymptoms or other symptoms?

There are many things that can help with shuffling in Parkinson's, including:
Physical therapy
A physical therapist can help you improve your gait with exercises, balance activities, and other interventions.
Walking aids
You can use a cane, hiking stick, or rolling walker.
Orthotics
An ankle-foot orthosis (AFO) can help keep your ankle in a neutral position and improve your ability to clear your feet.
Walking to a beat
Walking to the beat of a metronome or music can help reduce shuffling and improve walking speed.
Visualization
Before you start walking, visualize yourself taking long strides.
Tai chi
This set of exercises can help improve your posture, stability, and coordination.
Nordic walking
This involves walking outdoors with poles and coordinating your steps with your opposite arm.
Treadmill walking
You can start at a low speed and gradually increase your speed as you become more confident.
Step-overs
Place horizontal lines on the floor with painter's tape and step over them with your heel.
What works for one person may not work for another, so you may need to try a few different strategies.

No shuffling as of yet. Always watch carefully when put on a new drug. God Bless.🤗🤗
