My Husband Has Parkinsons Where Can We Go To Get A P.D. Gene Study In Chicago Illinois?

My husband was diagnosed with PD in 2017 and recently we were told that he has dementia Lewy Bodies - we need to get him into a gene study for the sake of our children and grandchildren
Our primary Neurological team is at Unniversity of Chicago and they do not offer gene study testing.
