I am having more and more trouble finding the words to describe what I mean. I end up stumbling over my words like the tongue twisters.

Susan,
My voice has to be the worst you have ever heard- what I do that helps me is I play John Denver on full blast and sing along to Annie's Song, Rocky Mountain High,& Take Me Home County Roads- ***Full Blast-if anything it gets you in a good mood.
Good Luck

I find that what I am thinking is not always what comes out of my mouth.

The Parkinson's Voice Project is online. You could also try reading out loud, singing, reciting poetry, etc. If the problem is finding the words, then I can't help. I don't have PD and I lose words all the time.
