Have You Had DBS Surgery? If So, What Was Your Experience?

I had it on both sides and the experience was not good. The first time it left me with profound dyskinesia, a slight cognitive impairment and an inability to walk.
The second time, it left me with a speech defect, an inability to walk and profound drooling.

I decided to not have DBS because of risks.
