Ketamine Treatments
Has anyone tried the ketamine treatments yet. They say that they are supposed to take away depression and anxiety. I know it is legal so..but it's a very small amount from what I hear and it's supposed to really help. Of course you have to go through a doctor to do and it is not cheap. They say that once you do it a couple times that it rewires your brain. I've got a consultation coming up on Monday to talk to a doctor about it.
Well I did not get accepted for the ketamine treatment but I got into something that I feel is better. It is Esketamine and it is called Spravato. It is administered as a nasal spray and my insurance is paying for it, can you believe that? Talk about relaxing and feeling better about yourself. I feel so good when I come out of there.
Tell me how you really feel Nigel ðŸ«
Ketamine is often used in ECT (electro convulsive therapy) in order to enhance a better, long enough seizure [only in one foot while the rest of the body is totally relaxed and sedated with Ketamine.] The treatments can suppress tremor in most people when properly applied.
