I hope that doesn't scare you. But clinical trails are a must before being approved for use.

My aunt's second husband got one in a clinical trial.. it extended his life several years. And. Controlled. Body moments and he could talk. When he died they took his brain to study.

I have known people who had it and felt it was life changing. If tremors and dyskinesia are bad, the surgery will make a big difference.

Thank you for your reply …so sorry to hear of the disease progression….unfortunately as far I know the no way around it…. My surgery is basically to help wit my spasms…. Dyskinesia ( sp) …..hopefully or should say pray fully my results will also be as positive…. Again thank you for responding …. I hope you and your are doing ok
