If you're having trouble signing on to MyHealthTeam, here are some steps you can follow based on the information provided:

Email Login:
1. Click "Login" on the homepage.
2. Input your email address and password.
3. Click the blue "Log in with your email" button.

Facebook Login
1. On the homepage, choose the "Log In Show Full Answer

Email Login:
1. Click "Login" on the homepage.
2. Input your email address and password.
3. Click the blue "Log in with your email" button.

Facebook Login:
1. On the homepage, choose the "Log In with Facebook" button.
2. Ensure you are logged into your Facebook account first.

Google Login:
1. Select the "Log in with Google" button on the homepage.
2. Log into your Google account with your Google credentials.

Resetting Password:
1. Click 'Log In' on the homepage.
2. Select the 'forgot your password?' link.
3. Enter your account email and click 'send instructions' to request a new password.
4. Check your email for reset instructions. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder.

Additional Tips:
- Ensure your new password is at least 8 characters long, includes 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and has no spaces.
