- Burning Sensation and Sciatica: These symptoms can be related to nerve pain, which some people with Parkinson's experience. Gabapentin is often used to manage nerve pain and might help with these symptoms.

- Medication Effects: While Gabapentin can help with nerve pain, it's important to monitor any new or worsening symptoms and discuss them with your doctors. They might need to adjust your medication or explore other treatments.

- Anxiety and Speech Issues: Anxiety can exacerbate speech difficulties and other symptoms. It's great that you have a supportive psychiatrist and neurologist. Regular updates and open communication with them are crucial.

- Support and Resilience: Your message highlights the importance of community and mutual support. Sharing experiences and learning from each other can be incredibly empowering.
