Hello Barbara,
I also find it difficult to drink 6 bottles of water per Day per my Dr.
Even 3 bottles lol, however i do find if i drink 1 bottle with my meds twice daily that leaves 4.then i drink one with my lunch, one with dinner the other 2 are difficult. i drink one during night. (most days i am lucky if i get 4 bottles consumed. i have never peed so often in my life. lol)

I am outside alot so I keep my sippy cup full of ice water

I keep water with me at all times. A sip here and a sip there by the end of the day adds up.
