Is Anyone Out There Taking The Parkinson's Journey All Alone? I Am! It's Very Hard!
Hubby decided he wanted a divorce last year. I moved into an apartment December 1, 2023. He says it's not the Parkinson's but I believe it's a big part of whatever is going on in his head. We were married 17 years. It's just me and my cat, Patches. I do have family close by. My daughter takes me to my doctor's visits.
Kathy...I don't have room enough to get your whole name in this post...what I wanted to do is to thank you for the hug 🤗 or as I call them "WARM FUZZY"...they always make me feel 🎶 ✨️ great and happy...so here's one in return ...enjoy...🤠
DonnaHarney...TinaFrutig summed it up extremely well...
You are not alone...you have thousands of folks like us with PD and their caregivers available to you...all you have to ask a question or let us know what is going on in your life...like you just did...don't count us out...we're here for you...all you have to do is say something...🤠
I live alone...but am in early stages of drug induced parkinsonism. However my daughter and her family live in town here and are good moral support.
My daughter would like for me to move closer to her so she can be there for me. So when my lease is up in December I will sign at 6 month lease and move after that. I don't want to but I need to. I hate moving because it is so hard on me physically. I'm sure I'll have a lot of help.
