KlydeAln, nice to meet you 😊 It is common to feel as though you are living in a pill bottle. I'm afraid your numbers are not sufficient to fuss about even with shots. Around here ya really gotta bring your A game. For myself I begin my day with 5. It takes a lot to keep all this looking so good 👍 If your pharmacist whom I assume you know by name, sends you a Christmas card...THen you know you are at least in the honorable mention league.

I take 2 different meds for high blood pressure which was off the charts enough that I was hospitalized. Oddly enough as I have been taking carbidopa Levadopa my hbp has gone down finally to a safe level something I haven't seen in years. This may be the ONLY thing that might be a positive.
