How Do I Change My Password?

To change your password on MyHealthTeam, follow these steps:

1. Log into the site
2. Select the three lines icon on the top left of the page.
3. Choose 'Settings' from the menu and then select ‘Account settings’ from the drop-down menu.
4. Under account settings, select 'change' next to Password.
5. Type in your current Show Full Answer

To change your password on MyHealthTeam, follow these steps:

1. Log into the site.
2. Select the three lines icon on the top left of the page.
3. Choose 'Settings' from the menu and then select ‘Account settings’ from the drop-down menu.
4. Under account settings, select 'change' next to Password.
5. Type in your current password and the new password you wish to use. You must type in the new password again to confirm it.
6. Select 'change password' when you're done.

Password criteria:
- At least 8 characters long
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- No special characters or spaces

Make sure to update any saved passwords to avoid getting locked out.
