If you get no benifit for Carbidopa/Levadopa you not have a Parkinson’s tremor. Parkinson’s tremor is a resting tremor. Essential Tremor is occurs when you are using the affected body part.

What are your symptoms? You may need a slight increase in medication. If the carbidopa levodopa is an addressing the concerns that you have. I’d contact her movement. Specialist and see what they think. Good luck. !

I'm on Carbidopa\Levadopa 25\100mg, 2 tabs 3xday. I was dx 3 yrs ago. My tremors have gradually increased spreading to my legs and head and my balance isn't good. It's very frustrating because as a retired nurse I know what the future holds. My movement specialist tried adding Seleginine to my meds but it didn't help so we stopped it. I try to keep doing what I've always done but don't have the energy. Now since April I've had cardiac issues. I admire those of you who are so active
