Can Parkinson’s Symptoms Fluctuate Day To Day?

My husband can be up walking, taking care of himself with minimal help one day. Then the next day, he is in bed, cannot stand, cannot feed himself, no control of his bladder or bowels, and constant tremors. Is this normal?

My husband does not have changes as extreme as you mention but it seems like if he has a bad night of sleep his symptoms will be more of a problem
