Has Anyone Worked With A “Functional Neurologist” Or Functional Doctor Or Nutritionist Of Any Sort To Treat Their Parkinson’s ?

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s D. 3 years ago. My main symptoms are anxiety, fatigue, and sleep challenges. I take corbidopa/levedopa, sertraline ( for anxiety) and trazadon (for sleep). I am 71 years old.
