Fatigue in Parkinson’s disease can be debilitating and isn't just about sleepiness. It can manifest as:

- Physical exhaustion: Feeling completely run-down and without energy, making movement nearly impossible.
- Mental exhaustion: Difficulty concentrating, remembering things, or following simple directions.
