Just Wondering If Any Others Use Virtual Reality Headsets For Cardio Workouts.
I'm 73 and live in a small town without access to rock steady boxing or the Big program. The only solution I could come up with was to invest in a vitual headset and 3 or 4 workout programs, which I do for an hour a day, 5 or 6 days a week. I could only do about 5-6 min when I started about 4 months ago. My legs wouldn't support me any longer.I know we have to come up with our own solutions at times and was just wondering if others have tried or had any success using virtual reality to work out.
I’ve never tried it, but it sounds like a great idea. Considering how far you’ve come since you started, I think you have proved it’s good for you.
My balance is too bad I've tried my grandsons and about fell
I haven't tried but a great idea for days when I am stuck in the house
