After a period of time, does the brain reach the stage where it is producing no dopamine at all , relying solely on medication ?

I just read up on it and it says if you stay busy the more dopamine increases.

I feel know the answer but I don’t want to thlnk about that. I know the progression has been more than enough for me. I have too focus on what I can do to retain some semblance of normality. I can’t imagine what I would be like if the medicine was all I could depend on. I either continue to focus on the exercise in addition to my meds, and manage accordingly.

I'm afraid that DBS is my next option and I'm not sure I want them going into my brain

They used to do lobotomies at one time and make great claims of the positive effects. Not interested. I'll just do more jumping jacks.
