My doctor told me the same, word for word Les. That was the beginning of my downfall almost 20 years ago as my story tells.
I'm glad to say no longer do I throw my toys out of the pram. I've learned to calm down and understand that there are many injustices in this life and my best tantrums only give me headaches 🙂
