I Have Increased Tremors After Exercise Anyone Else?
I find I have less symptoms in general when I’m excercising.
I don't have resting tremor, only when my hands are moving. I do a lot of big hand movements, and my arms are shaking all over the place while I exercise, but if I push through it for 40 min or so the tremors get less. You didn't mention whether you were using weights, but pushing too hard, even during a cardio workout can keep us shaky for awhile after stopplng.
