Hi Lorraine,
I have found the level of muscle pains and cramps and also how I feel mentally are all directly related to the amount of exercise I have, rather than any extra medication. My modopa etc intake has remained largely unchanged for over a year now, so I discount that from my daily pain assessment! I find that I need an absolute minimum of 30-45 mins a day of focused stretching and gym work in order to stay feeling (and so I am told also looking) good. Typically for me this involves 10-15 minutes of bends and stretches and anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes of strength training/gym work. In addition I have two physio sessions per week. When I put my wellbeing first, there is always time to do this and the results are amazing!! ………..And when I don’t, the results are painfully predictable!!
Bon courage as they say in this part of the world and have a fab day!
