I am fortunate that my PD pain so far has been due to sore/stiff muscles and joints and I’ve been able to relieve them (for the most part) by regular exercise and movement. Now with exercise comes a good kind of soreness…or better kind of soreness that is much easier to explain 😉.

Most of my pain comes from a hip replacement I had several years back . 1/2 of an 800 mg ibuprofen keeps it under control under my PCM supervision.
