I am currently in the process of adjusting up....again. I take carbidopa Levadopa 25/100 4× a day and one 50/200 . It appears that I need two 50/200. I started with one carbidopa/levodopa twice a day....1 year ago.😕 on the other hand, I am still awesome. 😉

I agree Ginny. I take 2 pills 3 x daily. And I have been on it for 5 years.

How much depends on your size and how long you have had PD. Most people start out with 1 pill, 2 or 3 times a day, and increase as needed and as tolerated until the side effects (like dyskinesia) get worse than the benefits.
