I Get Real Bed Night Sweats And I Am A Female. Any Suggestions?
I have to change my bed clothes at least twice a night, anyone else?
Carol I found sheets and pajamas that are for Parkinson’s patients for my husband. They are wonderful and he doesn’t sweat on them. You can order from comfort linen. Look them up on the internet and look at their website. Highly recommend them. We’ve ordered from them several times over the last 2 years. Helps him move in the bed too. 😊😊😊💕💕💕
"Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can help with menopausal symptoms like night sweats, but there's limited research on whether it can be safely taken with Parkinson's medications. HRT works by replacing hormones that the body has stopped producing, and newer types are called "body-identical" because they have the same structure as the body's natural estrogen"

not sure if there would be something helpful on this page - several different articles are on there It seems to be related to Parkinson's affecting the autonomic nervous system. One thing I wondered about is could some of it have some connection to hormone imbalance but so far I am still trying to see if there is any information suggesting this. So in the meantime:

Aside from the usual recommendations I found this information
"Avoid sweat triggers like caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods. Keep a glass of water by your bed to replace lost fluids.:
Thank you so much. That was great advice. I’m looking them up. 🥰
