I don't really know how much AI is involved in regular searches. I was told that there are some sites for researchers that have more in depth information. AI is only as good as the information going into the system. If there is incomplete, outdated research out there it is possible it could come up. I have read accounts of incorrect information being posted as the result of faulty AI.
It is difficult to find the answers to questions you have and sometimes you have to rephrase your question several times to find out what you want to know. Sometimes if you ask a lot of questions and find information it leads to a lot more related questions and it can become quite a project

We can talk here. AI doesn’t have conversations. It’s a question answering machine.

Ginny - I think the reason people ask the same questions has more to do with the difficulty of finding past posted information on this site. Of the sites I have visited I find this one the most difficult to navigate

Yes it bothers me as well. Where do we stand with confidentiality, can we trust AI ?

I use it to look things up, but social sites like this was in the beginning, suffer from AI answering first. It might be better put in a different place where people can look up after they express the fears or confidence and everything in between.
