PD and PD medication can both cause Blood Pressure fluctuations. However, this wouldn’t cause dizziness, or lightheadedness, while walking around upright.

I have recently discovered I sway and recover constantly while walking due to Neuropathy in my feet. It appears this is what is causing the dizziness and lightheadedness.

Some medications could cause fluctuations in blood pressure that could lead to dizziness or lightheadedness. It would probably be good to discuss this with the doctor.
