Does Anyone Experience Light Headed Or Dizzy Feelings When Walking Or Moving Around Much? How Do You Treat It?
I love the shopping carts. I can hold on to it and not worry. It’s like a walker with wheels
I have dizziness as well. A lot of it is because I don’t have the orientation. If I can just hold my husbands arm or the railing just to give me orientation and a center of gravity it helps.
I recently found out I have advanced neuropathy in both feet. My feet have no way of knowing where they are, and how to stabilize me. This causes me to tip and wobble, and look like I’m drunk.
I assumed I was dizzy, and that was causing my unsteadiness. I was actually unsteady, and that was causing my dizziness.

When I was first diagnosed I made a promise to myself by not to multitask anymore. No more walking down the stairs checking my email on my phone.
Then a couple of months ago I was bringing a lawn chair back into the house. There are three concrete steps right off the concrete driveway. Some how the chair got stuck and I ended up falling straight back on my head Had to go to ER and have an MRI I was hurting for a couple months but I was fine. That’s when I made a pact with my husband to always hold on to the railing No more carrying all kinds of stuff.
