"What to do if carbidopa-levodopa does not work?
If the patient is (or is becoming) resistant to levodopa and prolonged administration does not improve symptoms, there are other drugs that can be used to treat the condition. Dopamine agonists and monoamine oxidise-B (MAO-B) inhibitors are the 2 most common classes of drugs used."

How long have you been taking Sinemet. My inability to tolerate it was one of the signs that I have MSA instead.

Drs suggested CBD or marijuana for PD ,watched videos on YouTube about it ,now cl working ,maybe in future

- Stalevo: This combines [[treatment:Levodopa/Carbidopa:55d534f51fcaa397470006dd]] with Entacapone, a COMT inhibitor, to increase the amount of Levodopa that reaches the brain.
