It's an herbal supplement that contains dopamine. Some people take it instead of carbidopa-levodopa or in addition to it.

The problem with supplements is that you never know exactly what you are getting. They aren't regulated and can have a lot of impurities or inconsistencies. Sometimes it doesn't matter, sometimes it does.
