Yes exercise does help but also ask your doc if your amount of meds you’re taking is correct

Thank you, Colleen. I can do limited Pt and Ot I do it on a rotation as my other medical issues. I just had learned to walk again with a walker spent easter and two of my children's birthdays in a rehabilitation /nursing home. So, it's mostly laying Pt and sit to stand and marching in place. That even wipes me out.
