How Is Acting Out My Dreams Related To PD Psychosis
I think I am eating when I'm sleeping and I'll being lifting an imaginary spoon to my mouth. I also flail around in my sleep and have fallen out of bed several times. I seriously hurt my back almost three weeks ago and still am sore. I can't sleep with my spouse because I have inadvertently hit her flailing around.
I am so sorry for your circumstances. I don't know how mobile you are, but maybe you need a hospital bed that has rails to prevent falls. My husband has PD, going on 19 years. I had to move to guest bedroom due to his thrashing and loud vocalizing just so I could sleep. I use a baby monitor with screen by my bed to keep an eye on him at night.
Hang in there.
