Very much so. My husband’s most troublesome symptom is very low BP/Orthostatic hypotension. He takes several meds for it every day including Midodrine, Droxidopa, and Florinef. He also takes salt capsules every day, drinks Gatorade, has to use lots of salt, and wears compression socks. He’s had multiple falls from his BP plummeting when he stands up.
