Tell the Doc that the only thing you're worried about is falling; pause and add, asleep. Or The only falling your concerned with is asleep.

One problem with pharmaceuticals for sleep is they can leave a feeling hungover. They can cause an inability to remember and/ or you may get, up take a fall and be unable to recall where your injuries came from; a host of other things can occur and if there’s no one there to help you could be in trouble. There are ways to train yourself to gradually sleep more; it takes dedication but it’s been done. That having been said REM sleep behavior disorder is sometimes more complicated. There are sleep disorder specialists I understand but have no idea where to find them; under the bed perhaps? 🤔

Do something to get you tired for an hour then get some THC and really get tired. I avg 5 to 6 hrs of continuous deep sleep every nite. I FEEL GREAT IN THE MORNING. Its alot more natural than those pills the doctors give you.

I still think a good ol cast iron skillet would do the job quickly. No violence intended.
