Parkinson’s tries to pull you in towards your center. The muscles on the back of my neck are constantly clenched. They are attempting to pull my head forward.

Your spine is the highway for the nerves that make every muscle your body work. Parkinson’s can cause those nerves to fire and make muscles clench causing pain in your muscles. This pain can be anywhere in your body.

There is a link posted in answer to your question. It provides a lot of information on Parkinson’s and pain.
