Plain hummus 1 tablespoon morning , 2-3 at lunch . 3 teaspoons olive oil throughout the day. Shredded wheat minies 6 to 12 squares spread out over days meals. Hope that helps!

We've had good success with the below, but they usually work best the first 2-3 times. Then the body gets used to it and we have to rotate to the next thing on the list...

- Pineapple
- Prune compote (honestly just boil dried ones in port or marsala with a stick of cinnamon, cloves, sugar.) Great on vanilla ice cream.
- Lactulose
- Senna syrup
- Magnesium (there's a few formulations)
- Coffee
- Belly rub (google it. it's also used on small animals and babies).
- Climbing stairs or walking (more mechanical stimulation of the pipes!)
- Fleet enemas
- If it makes sense, maybe a bidet attachment for the toilet? TOTO makes one that you just plug in and use in place of a seat. You can control the water pressure and temperature. It's much nicer than a disposable enema.
