Not exactly sure what you were asking Art. If you were asking about seeing bugs and other things that are not there I can tell you that that is not uncommon.
For a long time I saw Giant spiders hanging from the ceiling above me. Hallucinations of all types are part of our Parkinson's journey. One of my first symptoms of Parkinson's was olfactory hallucinations. I smelled cigarette smoke all the time. Even in my house where I know no one ever had smoked.
