David, you have received excellent advice. I was seeing a dr who had cardiologist on the front door. I talked to him about some symptoms to which he said that I was having gastric problems. Don't always trust signs on the door. He was not a cardiologist. I discovered that in hospital with congestive heart failure, needed 1 stint, and had a heart attack at some point. Pray without ceasing. This is my favorite scripture. Blessings, JudyTx 🌹

250 is very high unless you are exercising. Les is right. Consult a Physician.

Even exercising hard, that is way too high. Get to a doctor ASAP.
