A good night sleep seems to help quite a bit. I have to get my head together to walk.

I agree with PT for balance, gait, coordination. You likely can find someone near you who has additional training in movement disorders.

They do wonders for PD.

I bought a portable balance beam from Amazon( actually I bought two) it totals 12 feet I think. I use it 7 days a week walking it 10 trips and back 2 times per day. It’s helped me a lot!
