How Is Parkinson Dementia Different From Parkinson’s Dementia With LBD?

From my understanding, with LBD the dementia comes first, tremors later, with Parkinson's the movement issues come first, with dementia later. LBD shortens a person's life, while theoretically Parkinson's doesn't.
