When you learn, teach. When you get, give.

I haven't heard from so many of my PD friends and pray you all are well and busy with stretching, flexing, Walking Tall and staying strong, safe, healthy and keeping up with this harsh winter.
Thinking of you all and keeping you in my heart AND hoping you have a good story to share, especially you Frank.

Marce, My dog is my partner in crime as well. I'm proud of you for trying to keep moving. I would like to suggest that you begin to write down symptoms and frequency as well as your ideas and questions while you are waiting for your appointment so you can make the most of your time with him. I hope the appt goes well. Please keep us posted.

Good day everyone! I’m checking in. I go to see my neurologist 2/13. A bit
nervous as it’s been almost two years,
I know I have changed . My memory & my left hands seems to jump around ( & I’m left handed) I need to move more & will when Spring gets here. I do walk some most mornings
because I have a dog. I have a stationary bike that I’m trying to get on 2-3 times a week. I take a day at a time. I’m all alone. Except my dog, she’s my best friend. Anyway, I’m wishing all a nice day!

I just want the groundhog to find another home. I don’t care if he sees his shadow. He has been living under my porch for at least a year now and we can’t seem to evict him. If we fill up his holes with concrete he either works around the concrete or he digs a new one. We’ve tried constant noise and vibration and that doesn’t work. We’ve tried live trapping him with his favorite food but so far he hasn’t taken the bait and walked into the trap.
