Yes I'm tired I love boxing and exercise but I have to make myself it's hard at times
Yes I must keep walking stay awake exercise works you stay awake but you still don't sleep very well at night sleep better during the day
Yes. I constantly battle with fatigue and I get short of breath easier than I did say two years ago. Since I'm retired, I can sleep anytime I feel like it. Which can be a double edged sword in itself.
I feel the same way it takes me an hour or more sometimes just to fall asleep
