Socks & gloves. I just found out that cloazapam 1mg helps but it makes you dizzy and you can't drive. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear about your discomfort. Here are some strategies that might help with your symptoms:

1. Warm Water: Some members have found relief by putting their hands in hot or warm water. Heat can help improve circulation and alleviate the cold sensation.
2. Exercise: Staying active can improve overall circulation. Even light exercise for 30 minutes a day can be beneficial.
3. Rest: Make sure to take breaks and rest when needed, as fatigue can exacerbate symptoms.

If these strategies don't help, it might be a good idea to discuss your symptoms with your doctor for personalized advice.

Do you feel more comfortable when you take the pills or when you wear thick socks and gloves?. I would choose the most comfortable and the driving would have to wait for a time when I didn't need that medication. Having Parkinson's makes life less efficient, which I don't like, and it's especially hard when Parkinson's also makes one more impatient. But it's possible to develop patience and, for example, postpone errands and even appointments to a time when it is possible to drive. Sometimes you can adjust medication to where it's just enough to handle the symptom, but get less side effects. This also takes patience and maybe discussion with the prescriber. As each new symptom or problem crops up, one needs the patience again to solve the problem or determine how you are going to live with it if it can't be solved. Getting less done is something we all face in old age or whatever conditions we may have to deal with. And some people have to five themselves permission to enjoy one's enforced leisure. Maybe one drinks more cups of tea or hot chocolate, etc., People who have never had time to watch television may also have to spend a lot of time finding something to watch that they can enjoy. It's always hard for people who have been hardworking, enthusiastic, efficient and very productive to adjust to the inactivity of an illness. I hate it myself, but it's possible! I remember things wise people have said to me, like " Which ditch do you want to die in?," or, " Exactly what do you intend to do with the time you save?" Adjustment isn't easy, but it's worth it,
