My Husband Has PD And Has Hallucinations Is Not On Any Medication Yet, What Do You Suggest ?
He has an appointment coming up .
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member - what does his doctor say? There are meds that can help with Parkinson's hallucinations, so you need to talk to the doctor.
I'm sorry to hear about your husband's situation. Here are some suggestions based on the context provided:
1. Consult a Healthcare Provider: It's crucial to talk openly with your husband's healthcare provider about his hallucinations. They can help determine the best course of action.
2. Check for Underlying Conditions Show Full Answer
Howdy Christine good to know you. I have had PD many yrs before the doctors found out I had both Parkinson and Neurology. The meds I am taking for my hallucinations are 2, Doneprzil 5mg at bedtime and Carbidopa/Levodopa 25-100mg. They seem to work ok. But ask your doctor's advice. Sending you 🤗🫂🤗 to help you feel better as I do all my brothers and sisters in this new world 🌍. Praise God for giving you blessings and strength. Love y'all
ChristineS,
Happy Birthday to you. I know for us here in Canada it is getting late so I will just say hope you had a good b/d and day today. Take care, BFN!❤️🤗🎂😊
