What Do You Do As A Wife And Primary Caregiver If Patient Refuses Most Of His Meds. Said They Make Him Sick Or Tired But Is Getting Worse.

No, he just says they taste horrible but I had some success with a creme caramel dessert yesterday! I think he has very little control over most aspects of his life, this is one area where he is in control.

Thank you for all your support. At times I get so frustrated that an intelligent man cannot see that he needs to take his medication and I watch him slowly deteriorating.

My husband put mine in yogurt, now he uses apple 🍎sauce. He promises he will put sprinkles and gummy worms next time. Caregivers must remain creative. Blessings, JudyTx🌹🎊🎊

We crush his carbadopa levadopa and then put applesauce on the spoon to make it easier to swallow and cover the taste.. He takes all his pills with applesauce and has water nearby to siip after every pill.
