A friend of mine has a cultivators license and has been giving me flower 2 ounces at a time. I clean it, and carboxilate it (baked in the oven) under strict temperature and timing. What's left I fill with empty capsules bought on Amazon.com, and store them in the freezer. I take 2 capsules around 8pm, and I'm ready to sleep by 10pm. Great for pain, anxiety, and stress relief. I only take it at night though, to help me sleep.
Cannibus has probably been the most effective treatment for my husband's symptoms. He occasionally has to adjust his dosage, gummies allow him to do that fairly accurately. good luck.

CBD works better if there's a small amount of THC. Not enough to get you high, but helps with anxiety and sleep.
