James, I'm not sure what your question is but I can tell you that people with PD can experience obsessive behaviors because of the effect of high and low dopamine levels. I'm sure you know being bipolar can contribute to obsessive behaviors as well. I'm not an expert in any of this but I agree with what Brenda and many others that we are all the same in that we have PD complicating our lives but we are all different in many ways. I believe the best and safest decision you can make is to have an open and honest conversation with your doc and learn what he/she suggests you do to address your experiences. I also know this burden must be huge and you don't need to handle it alone. Please seek help from those who know the next steps and gain acceptance and support from us. Please don't minimize your discomfort or be embarrassed. PD has no cure but you can get help from the right people but you have to seek it out and accept it. You deal with PD and bipolar disease everyday. I know you can do this and you deserve to have better days.
