Sweating
Most nights, I wake up drenched with sweat…me, the bed, the covers, the pillow. I dry off as best I can then sleep dry, except for the occasional relapse on the same night. Any way to manage this?
Terry, night sweats is a side effect of of Parkinson. Talk to your doctor. He may need you track your blood sugar.
Good luck and be well.
Terry,I have learned to put a ice back.on the my stomach. This technique cools down the body faster.

Light weight duvet or remove duvet and just use the cover
Vests like runners use
